Q: is long term business trip supported by chinese labour law?

I have a query, please update.I have a work contract with a chinese company. Have work permit too.now my company wants to send me to other country to stay long time for company business work.the stay time could be somewhere from 2-3 years continuously. I want to know, 1. Is this staying will be supported by chinese labour law.2. If I stay out of china for such long time , next year/ next time work permit renewal will have any problem? 3. Will there be any problem to get my salary in a chinese bank card?besides my query if you have any suggestions for me from your expertise, would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

That might be the reason 'cause I don't think employer in China can secure legal Working permit by presenting degree completed online. TEFL Course completed online was/is acceptable, but I'm not sure about your MS ... Have a look at the requirements for Z visa in China ...  Good luck! -- icnif77
