Any good music going on there? Any bar/nightlife recommendations?

Bit of a late reply but check out "The White Rabbits" if you can find them playing in Xiamen. Great Psychobilly/Rockabilly band made up of expats that are based there. Saw them in Guangzhou last year and they were a great live band.

Yep...That's about it...And Filipino cover bands. And shitty nightclubs with horrible music.

The bars are ok though!

A:It happened to me, once ... in 2014 or 15 ... Plane from RP city (Tianjin) had a delay and I came to the exit (Luohu) some 7 hours after the RP expiration day.I had an excuse, but still I was put in a side office for some 3h and then cops had a short talk with '.. and make sure, it will never happened again! ..' and I was let go without anything on my record. At least, at new Z visa reentry nobody ever mentioned anything about delayed exit. However, I had a bad feeling at following Z visa application ...It's wiser to exit at least a day ahead of the RP expiration day. -- icnif77
