Q: Looking somebody with paypal account
Hi guys
I have a couple of hundreds on my PayPal account and I want to withdraw them, but the reason is I don't want to pay USD 35 commission just for 200 bucks. IS anybody here from USA or Hong Kong who can cash me these in RMB?
Any help will be appreciated

I'm confused, do you want somebody else to pay the fee and give you rmb or what?
Apelsin:
If that person has American or HK bank account, there is no fee for transferring money there
I did that before, one friend of mine helped me with this, but now she isn't here
You could open new Chinese bank account, and transfer funds from PP there.
If you open Gold account at China Merchants Bank (Visa/Mc ATM card), you can transfer foreign currency, and as I know there aren't any fees, if transfer between the same owner accounts.
Apelsin:
Transferring money from PP to Chinese debit account occur $35 commission
Also I cannot open golden account at the moment, for non-chinese its more difficult that for locals
Please do not offe alternatives

You need Residence permit and FEC for opening an account at CMB. You can open Gold account with 1000 Rmb deposit.
Enter 'laowai friendly bank' in search above for more info on CMB.
If you decide to open an account at CMB, you could seek info on transfer (fee) funds from PP.
They always have at least one English speaking employee in m-any CMBs I was.
Don't offer alternatives? I was guessing, if it's worth to write more than three words as an advice on how to transfer US$ 200, and not pay fee.
Wait, after lunch break many PP account holders will come to the Board.

RobK will help you, he loves people who try and make money w/out any work.

Below the belt? Yes. Warranted under the circumstances? Hell yes!

I am up-voting your post, because of the only one fact: ''PP account holders will return to the Board after the lunch'' which I posted as my 'afternoon's-tin-foil-prediction'
. Where's RobK-ey? I read his post, and now he's gone.
I'm just wondering how $200 will change your life here in China? Such a vast sum could only be destined for the stock market or property investment surely.
Why not wait until your tourist visa expires and you go home and ask your mum for a few hundred squids?
Can you can refund the 30 seconds it took to answer this when you get home?
You can teach english for two hours and make that amount back in less time than you took worrying about how to get this amount.
