In real simple terms:
How to receive medical care in SZ? Do expats get insurance in China? If I get job offer in SZ, does it typically come with health benefits?
I speaks Chinese fluently, reading is passible in a pinch so I can handle local doctors. Need some info on how to get medical care for long-term stay. How does the medical care delivery system work in China? First hand experiences even better.

Can't answer all your questions, but having lived and worked there a year, I can partially answer.
My company offered me no insurance or health benefits when I came to China. Granted it wasn't a top job, but it's quite common for companies to ask for you to have your own international health insurance.
Apart from that, Shenzhen is no different from anywhere else in China, and doctors in hospitals will do their best to prescribe you outrageously expensive medication you probably don't need, as they make a commission on sales.
Got some good info on how to get insurance from another web site. the site gave me the impression that Chinese medical care delivery system is nowhere near US cost-wise. How would you rate local physicians? If something serious, do I run for HK boarder?
Medical care must be done by company, if a company offered a job by a company legally, u can ask ur company to deal with it, u only need to pay about 9 RMB per month which will be deduct from ur salary, than you will can enjoy the medical care, when guys have some illness, they will can get over 75%-90% refund, it means you only need to pay a little bit of money for ur illness. One of my friend got an illness cost about 30000 RMB, but totally, she only pay several thousand RMB. Hope it can help u.
