Had a discussion with a chinese employee of mine. He wan't working hard, slacking with low productivity. So we decided to fire him. Human Resource called him inthe head office, I was there and told him teh bad news. He was quite mad and said "you all 'Merican, you all pervert. Anyways i don't want work with perverts" and left.

He made me think... was it the thought of a mad unproductive man or a vision spread into stereotype?
