Q: Is the mod a chinese or foreinger?

Like to say that animals are not bound by diplomacy. However Chinese will claim that cat as its own as cat in Chinese is Mao.
I don't know 'it's nationality but it looks like a mixed breed Cat to me, certainly not pedigree.

As some said, the mod is a Cat, and we all know that cats are independent in attitude and stylish, as demonstrated by the tie this Cat wears.
I had an adorable little cat follow me home one day and I decided that if it followed me to the entrance of the area to which i lived, I would take it home with me. Alas, after 20 minutes of walking, we were 10 feet away before it decided to walk a separate path. I sometimes wonder what happened to the little kitty, and if it will one day get a tie of it's own
The mod is competent, and wears a kick-ass tie. That's all you need to know.
