Q: Most bread here has sugar or sweentener in it why?

Yes its no good. I bought myself a bread-maker.... paid 700 rmb, found later you can buy one online fore 350
remember they do not eat bread like westerners do it is sort of like desert , remember they eat rice instead of bread and they dont eat sandwiches (traditional chinese food) so they for the most part probably never realized that bread is not cake
And yet, there are not that many obese people in China...hmmmmmm
If you live near a 7-11 get their bread.....just like home!
They just eat the bread as it is. I don't think they understand the concept of putting something on the bread, like butter. I actually like the availability of the sweet bread, I like eating it for breakfast.
