Q: most obscure word or phrase your student has used?

I was actually playing Scrabble (with relaxed rules) with a young guy and two twenty-something girls yesterday. As is usual, the girls are pretty good and the boys not so much.
Anyways, it came to the boy's turn, his eyes lit up when he saw a Triple Word Score opening and placed MILF.
The girls looked at me. So I said to the boy "you explain it to them". There was a long description in Chinese as the girls faces filled with horror followed by furious translator checking while I laughed. Then red faced girls were shaking their heads at the boy.
I heard a kid shout out sh*t when he got pissed, brought the family in and his older brother passed this on to him. That wasn't a happy day for the kid.
I once had a Chinese colleague (from a team I managed long distance) take time off work sick. Leg injury. When he came back to work I emailed to ask if he was okay
he replied saying he'd had a "magical" accident and had hurt the "base board" of his leg and now he was walking "claudicant"!
Turned out he's badly cut the sole of his foot and was walking with a limp!!!! (Claudicant is a very obscure word, originally from French or even Latin that mean "to limp". He's chosen the first word that came up in his Chinese-English dictionary)
It was an idiom that I didn't know existed. "Happy as Larry." Apparently they use it in NZ
