Q: Moveing back to Europe

Dears, I am moving back to Europe by the bargaining of July, I have an amazing apartment located on Yueyang road cross Dongping road where has a lot of restaurants and bars that I would like to rent out.

The rent is RMB 5000 for 1 bedroom with a big yard, it is first floor. it is on the corner of Camel, the sports bar.
