We don't understand because from what I can see there is little left of traditional China culture in Chinese cities on the mainland... I do understand it, I go to HK or Taiwan I can see it, even in some of the rural parts of the Chinese mainland (that were unscathed by the cultural revolution for example) but you do not in any way represent that.
