Q: Is my daughter a descendant of Mao Zedong?

'cause my mother-in-law looks a lot like Mao. Could the MIL be one of Mao's illegitimate daughters? They're both from the same general area in Hunan, and their ancestors have been running to and fro.

And now, my daughter looks almost exactly like Mao... she even has the same hair as him. Of course, she looks almost exactly like me, too. She basically looks like a Mao Hulk-Zedong... do I have a future mass m--- uh, meatball -- in my hands?

say she was a descendant of mao... and you could prove it... would it be beneficial in anyway to you?  i'm seriously asking.  remember that family in mexico that proved they were related to mitt romney a few years back? their life quality has increased ten fold!

Hulk:

I'd prefer not to find out it that were the case, lol. Genetics is a funny thing, but being found out to be a descendant of Mao? Oh damn. The Chinese media would never leave us alone.

It's much more likely that she is related to the more civilized Genghis Khan. There are an estimated 15 million people with Khan genes, running around today.

I probably wouldn't want to know such detail about my offspring, cannot see that it matters, on the other hand you could do whatever you like in China, and just say "I AM HOLDING THE CHAIRMANS GENES" e.g. while in the queue at Pizza Hut (the only place in China I can think of that enforces a queue to get a table)

Hulk:

You know what, this sounds like a good idea.

We should get genetic testing done. Revenge line-cutting...................

Scandinavian:

How to get that done? Since our offspring will be 50% Hunan and 50% Viking, would be good to know if we can get a get-out-of-jail-free-card

Hulk:

We need to kidnap Mao's offspring and draw blood. Or just ask them. Then we can see where that goes.

Scandinavian:

OK, so that is easy enough. Or you could go to the birthplace of Mao and find DNA, it couldn't possibly be that anyone has contaminated that place with other DNA

Okay, since it's a hop, skip and jump away, we'll do that.

if she looks exactly like you, and looks just like the adorable unkie mao, then the logical question would be: are YOU related to the glorious leader (who struck fear) in people's hearts?

Hulk:

Oh snap...

A:You can still skin into China as a non-English native teacher by holding English Teaching license in your home country.2nd: Your BA degree should be completed in a native English country. Once, you fulfilled these 'parameters', you qualify for an English teaching job in China as a non-native English sneaker with Z - Entry/Working visa with Working and Residence permit later on. See the last 'Answers Highlight' ---> there is a web link posted about 'requirements for teaching English language in China as a non-English native passport holder'. https://www.gooverseas.com/blog/guide-teaching-english-china#paragraph-item-63614-target

*English proficiency: Passport from one of seven "native speaker" countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa). If you aren’t a native speaker, you’ll need to be a certified teacher in your home country with proof of your English proficiency (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL). I'd say, Chinese will choose and look especially for a native English speaker at teaching of English Literature job openings. Posted job adverts for English Literature teaching are most likely from International Schools in China. Good luck! -- icnif77
