Q: My hair is falling out! Help!

I left the US with what was almost the thickest hair of anyone I knew. While its not visibly thin yet its at about a third of its original volume.

My diet is ok and I'm not super stressed or anything. My father was quite upset about it when he visited me and saw it. If it stopped now I'd be ok but I'm worried it will just keep going! Whats going on? HELP!

Maybe your water's polluted. If it's freaking you out so much then go the hospital. A real hospital in a first-tier city.

Interesting. A lot of Chinese women have thinning hair. Maybe you'll need to leave?

you seriously should go to the usa and get your blood tested particularly for toxic metals , i hate to say they should also test for radiation but the docs know what to look for i hope. do it now it could be a warning sign of something much bigger or it could be nothing (genes) but check to be sure and not in china!

Yes,, seek medical help. Male pattern baldness is cause by testosterone more or less clogging the hair falique/ root. I think there is a pill for that now.

Maybe it's not that serious buthas something to do with the conditioner you use here. Have you been using a different hair conditioner here? And have you been massaging it into your roots? If so, that could be the source of the problem right there. Make sure that the conditioner never touches your scalp.

I did have a Chinese friend who suffered from hair loss and she eventually found that it was due to a hormonal imbalance. You could try not eating chicken and other meats which are often pumped full of hormones, and try to lead a more organic lifestyle.

Having had deterioration of something here is not uncommon. About a year ago my nails had got infected somehow and were really in bad shape. I mean you know how hard nails are mine were as soft as bread, and it deteriorated fast. I took some chinese medicine and it didn't work. I flew back home drank clean water, got to breathe fresh air again and got the medicine that actually works at the hospital back home and to this day I'm 100% cured. But I'm more cautious now than I've ever been before because of this.

As far as your baldness thing goes I would strongly advise you to not seek help from the medical staff here. Go back home get you some fresh water to drink, breathe that fresh air once again and get medicine for your baldness in your own country.
