Q: Is my Z visa still valid after I leave my company?

I had a Z visa for my previous company but they closed down, and said they would be willing to help me swap it over. How long can I leave between the leaving date of my last company and the starting date of my new company?　Also, if I don't attach it to a new company, will the visa be cancelled?

I'm assuming you are referring to the Residence Permit since you are currently working. A residence permit is transferrable to another company, at least it was for me when I changed jobs two years ago. Employers are required to terminate your residence permit once you are no longer working for them. You have 10 days from contract termination to find a new job or leave the country.
