They are a recruitment agency with lots of job postings here on this website, claiming that they are able to provide Z visa and Foreign Expert Cert. for all teaching jobs that they advertise. Has anyone had any experience with them? Do they deliver on their promise? I couldn't find reliable reviews on the Internet about them.

Your Internet must be different than mine. Here's one:

'Network ESL is a scam' web link says.

Think of this: I start "SinoBear's Recruitment Agency." I have no actual contracts or contacts. What do I do? I look at all the job postings from various websites then make my own advertisement (thousands of jobs available!), promise you the moon, then act as your "agent" for a job that you could have procured for yourself (given research and due diligence).
I really, really, really don't understand something - kids today were weaned on computers, technology and the Internet - why are they so hopeless, clueless and dependent on others to feed them and wipe their bottoms?
sorrel:
I'd sign up with your agency if it came with comedy pictures.

i found the above topic from 2010 so they've been around a while. Though it wasn't very complimentary about them. I needed a VPN to read it, just like icnif's link above.
icnif77:
I worked for them in 2009 or 10. After I applied for Z work somewhere, position was 'suddenly' filled or 'school preferred Native'-"reason", I was offered position in Heilongjiang with F. Name of the contact person at ESLNet was 'Hebi'. I accepted, and travelled to Harbin in late September. No snow in Heil as of yet.
School was located in the city named Huachuan on half way from Harbin to Jiamusi. 6h by bus to either direction. It's OK till first snow in late Oct. Then it's 'Moon like territory'. No buses, trains or plains, all roads were under feet of snow/ice. Temp. - 33*C (the lowest). '-33*C' means when you spit, ice hits the road.
If you're on F, you can walk away from the school anytime you desire. But, there's no way to walk. There was donkey tied up to a pole on my way to school. I greeted animal every day twice with GM. One day, animal just got wild after the greeting. IA-IA-IA-IA 'pronounced' like a song in donkey's language. Was thinking animal wants to rape me.
Agent kept my passport to prevent 'walk away'. I complained to my Embassy, and on all Embassy's passport retrieval work, I received my book back 3 days before F expired.
I would rather work for Sino's Agency. And no donkey.
