Q: New Job Offer Take It or Not

I have just found a new job offer in beijing for 16000 rmb but i still have 6 weeks left in my current teaching contract in dalian  on an working z visa and residence permit.I was looking for a new job as my training school in dalian never paid me  on time in the last 10 months always 10 days later than the stated date it states in their contract on the 30th manager said "up to financial dept to get the money ready" . They dont give the housing allowance 1400 rmb as stated in my teaching contract this month or ever on time 10 days late i have had enough with these salary games. I feel i want to move on from this job should i go to beijing take up the job offer or wait 6 weeks and the other thing it states that if i want to break my contract i must pay 2000 rmb with no notice or give 30 days notice if there anybody that can help PSB or SAFEA.  What they can do and how can i get my release documents in case they try to extort money for that which they have in the past from previous foreign teachers and will i lose the deposit for my rent i am renting an apartment 1400 rmb . When i first arrived they paid for it then later half then nothing and will i get the deposit that the school deducted from my first wages and should i take on the offer and move on or not or just finish my contract and wait 6 weeks later or take it up at SAFEA or PSB.

Hi, if you are the same poster who has been posting recently, you have not said what visa you are on. That is a BIG thing if want to take it up with SAFEA. If you have accepted the new position, you have not said when it starts. Do they want you to start immediately, or will they wait for you to finish your current contract? Another thing is: have they given you the correct documentation for a 'Z' visa in this new position?

I can understand your frustration, but PLEASE help us help you by supplying all the information.

Also, could you please punctuate your sentences. I get tired reading unpunctuated sentences.

Sorrel is right about punctuation, and more patient than me as well. Your message is too confused and incomplete to be worth thinking about. But still, I've got a suggestion. Why not let the school in Beijing talk to the school in Dalian? They want you and they may be willing to help you leave Dalian as painless as possible. It's gonna cost you anyway, accept that, but 16000 a month will ease that pain soon enough.

BTW, the fact that Dalian first did and then didn't pay the housing allowance means it has cost you a lot already. For some time. Wake up, my friend, you should have considered your possibilities a long time ago. Working hours or not, one of the things we have to teach the people of China is that a foreigner is not to be phcked with.
