Q: New policy or just a rumor?

Oftentimes future policies take shape of mere rumors down here to observe the public reaction and/or at first being implemented solely on local scale. Then sooner then you know it, they become new policies that are implemented on a national level. Recently many schools in first tier cities started stating that according to PSB policies in those cities (without any proof, as always) PSBs can't process work visas for subject teachers (Maths, Economics etc) unless those teachers come from native English speaking countries, which sounds as nonsense at first, but too many sources indicate the same thing. Please, advise if anyone has heard or come across any of such info. Cheers to all and happy weekend!

Some agents mention that some avosa applications of south africans are rejected in guangdong province. I think visa rules are getting stricter but there is no definite answer for subject teachers at the moment.
