Is it anything like Civilization? Just got done playing 2 rounds of Civ 6 and I'm very disappointed so I'm looking for a better option

nzteacher80:

Civ 4 BTS was the best in my opinion. I still play that.

I liked some of what they did to Civ 5, they should have just built on it. But yeah, 4 was much better I loved the idea of slave states. But they completely went away from it.

I used to love Civ 2 way back when.

I remember flying places and playing civ 2 on the plan with my dad's powerbook duo back when having a color laptop seemed amazing

It is a great time waster, now they have outlets on long international flights, I might breakout my cracked copy of civ 4 and do that

I haven't played any of these games in a couple years. But before I started my MBA I was playing a different kind of strategy game called Victoria 2 that i was really getting into.

No time for that now though. Maybe pick it up again in the future.

A:I'll give my two cents on the age part. It's not as easy but can definitely be done. I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country. With that being said, being white and having a nice looking face is much more of a decision factor in china vs the west, if you can- use it to your advantage. Good luck finding something! -- brinsleym
