There are some web links for hotmail fixes on Yahoo-gle, however nothing new. 2013 is the latest fix. I'm not sure if it will help, but you can try:

http://www.outlook-tips.net/how-to/repairing-outlook-hotmail-connector/

http://www.pcworld.com/article/2030777/microsoft-fixes-hotmail-outlookco...

http://www.winrumors.com/outlook-hotmail-connector-updated-with-bug-fixes/

http://news.softpedia.com/news/Windows-Live-Announces-Hot-New-Updates-fo...

Open new email account at Yahoo-gle, and transfer your contacts from Hotmail to Y!. It works well for me last 10 years. I have one with US residential address, and Y! (mail) might be different than ones with other countries (China) addresses.

Righto, thanks for the news.  It's blocked for me and it's not for the fella I had a drink with last night.  What happens is it threatens to open, then it opens for half a second then it's gone with the cannot display to website message.  So I don't think it's windows 10.  And I don't think it's Xin.  I think they've blocked me and if so it's not the first time.  A couple of years ago they did the same thing.  I know for a fact they read my emails so I can only think I've offended somebody and now I'm being punished.  Paranoid?  Moi?  No.  They're paranoid!  Ken arseholes!   Makes ya wanna blow someone up.

icnif77:

I think, the easiest to yourself is if you don't think it's personal. Just be aware, what are you saying/surfing, because constant  watch is on, as 'Up-yours' showed us.

I'm toying with PGP, software email encryption, for which some news were saying 'only terrorists and dope dealers use PGP'.surprise

I'm straight on Internet, no different than in real life, so PGP might not be needed for my emails and surfing, butT.....let's 'mastards' earn their watch-you-money.

A:You can still skin into China as a non-English native teacher by holding English Teaching license in your home country.2nd: Your BA degree should be completed in a native English country. Once, you fulfilled these 'parameters', you qualify for an English teaching job in China as a non-native English sneaker with Z - Entry/Working visa with Working and Residence permit later on. See the last 'Answers Highlight' ---> there is a web link posted about 'requirements for teaching English language in China as a non-English native passport holder'. https://www.gooverseas.com/blog/guide-teaching-english-china#paragraph-item-63614-target

*English proficiency: Passport from one of seven "native speaker" countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa). If you aren’t a native speaker, you’ll need to be a certified teacher in your home country with proof of your English proficiency (e.g. IELTS or TOEFL). I'd say, Chinese will choose and look especially for a native English speaker at teaching of English Literature job openings. Posted job adverts for English Literature teaching are most likely from International Schools in China. Good luck! -- icnif77
