Who can tell with Trump?

If you read all his past tweets criticizing Obama when he wanted to get involved in Syria you would have said he would never attack Syria like this. But he just did.. makes him a hard guy to read I think.

It does make me wonder if he's just making the most of this opportunity to distract from all the calls for his impeachment over the Russia thing though. A good old fashioned scrap will probably divert attention nicely.

It would be kinda funny though,,, find out where 'He with the Horrid Hairdo' is lurking some evening and let him make the acquaintance of just one Raytheon TLAM Block IV Cruise Missile.  Up to The Donald whether to hit or miss though, either way would be funny. Send just one so 'He who Luvs Hostess Cupcakes' and all his slaves gets the idea that we are not targeting the DPRK, but rather just 'He who is all up into Fatty Porn'.

Putin Responds: Syria Strikes "Cripple US-Russia Relations"; Deploys Cruise Missile Frigate To Syria

"This step by Washington causes significant damage to Russian-American relations, which were already in a deplorable state,” Mr. Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said on Friday.

The Russian warship is now in the eastern Mediterranean steaming in the direction of the U.S. warships. The Admiral Grigorovich is armed with advanced Kalibr cruise missiles. According to the official version, the frigate was bound for the Syrian port of Tartus on a routine voyage, the Russian news agency TASS reported Friday, citing a military-diplomatic source. "The Russian ship armed with cruise missiles Kalibr will visit the logistics base in Tartus, Syria," the source said, according to TASS. The ship was currently near the Black Sea straits, Tass reported. The ship left on a voyage after stopping at Novorossiisk for supplies and taking part in a joint exercise with Turkish ships in the Black Sea. Meanwhile, Fox News adds that one of the American destroyers that launched the missiles into Syria started heading to an undisclosed location to rearm.

Next might not be N. Korea ....

https://www.rt.com/news/383972-medvedev-syria-usa-trump/

PM Medvedev:

The US attack on an airfield in Syria has been conducted “on the verge of a military clash” with Russia, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said, adding that President Trump has been “broken by the US power machine” in just two-and-a-half months.

“Instead of an overworked statement about a joint fight against the biggest enemy, ISIS (the Islamic State), the Trump administration proved that it will fiercely fight the legitimate Syrian government,” Medvedev wrote on his Facebook page.

The prime minister stressed that to pursue this goal, the US is eager to act “in a tough contradiction with international law and without UN approval, in violation of its own procedures stipulating that the Congress must first be notified of any military operation unrelated to aggression against the US.”

The missile strike in Syria has revealed that the current US administration lacks independence and hangs on the Washington establishment that Donald Trump used to strongly criticize during the presidential race and his inauguration speech, Medvedev added.

“Soon after his victory, I noted that everything would depend on how soon Trump’s election promises would be broken by the existing power machine. It took only two and a half months,” Medvedev wrote.

“Nobody is overestimating the value of pre-election promises but there must be limits of decency. Beyond that is absolute mistrust. Which is really sad for our now completely ruined relations. Which is good news for terrorists,” the prime minister concluded.

On Friday, the US carried out a missile strike on the Shayrat airfield near Homs in response to an alleged chemical attack on a rebel-held town in Idlib province the blame for which Washington has immediately pinned on the Assad government. The strike has been condemned by Iran and Russia with Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov saying that President Putin “regards the strikes as aggression against a sovereign nation,” in violation of international law, “and also under an invented pretext.”

Damascus has explained that the Syrian air force bombed an arms depot where chemical weapons had been stockpiled by Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) and Al-Nusra Front militants.

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-04-08/north-korea-condemns-americas-u...

In an ironic twist given that many consider Trump's actions a symbolic show of strength to China's Xi, Reuters reports that North Korea said on Saturday U.S. missile strikes against a Syrian airfield on Friday were "an unforgivable act of aggression" that showed its decision to develop nuclear weapons was "the right choice a million times over."

The response by the North's foreign ministry, carried by the official KCNA news agency, was the first since U.S. warships in the Mediterranean Sea launched dozens of missiles at a Syrian air base which the Pentagon says was involved in a chemical weapons attack earlier in the week.

North Korea joins a small group of nations critical of Trump's airstrikes... Russia - Iran - Brazil - Belarus - Bolivia - Venezuela

Diplomatically isolated North Korea considers Syria a key ally.

The girls, Liyuan&Ivanka were discussing it at middle-age-school of Arts:

c&p entirely, 'cause ..... I like short laugh sleeves ... It's even worse ... I think, person who 'invented' shorts on female body should be nominated for Nobel Fashion price:

The First Lady toured a middle school with Chinese president’s wife.

Jinping and his wife, a celebrity in her own right, arrived Thursday at Mr. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort for bilateral talks focusing on issues like trade and North Korea’s missile program. Trump and Liyuan got to Bak Middle School of the Arts around 11 a.m. on Friday, and went from classroom to classroom to meet with students and teachers.

The two first ladies were greeted by dozens of 7th and 8th grade girls singing “Astonishing” from “Little Women the Musical.” The prestigious Bak Middle School accepts students interested in pursuing an education in the arts.

After the musical production, Trump and Liyuan attended classes in symphonic band, advanced orchestra (where they were treated to a recital of Bach’s “Air”), and then a civics lesson. At the orchestra class, Trump asked one student how much she practices. The answer: two-and-a-half hours a day.

At the civics lesson, the teacher informed Trump and Liyuan that the class was working on a project concerning 20th century conflict. Liyuan spoke to one student in Mandarin.

Dressed in a belted black jumpsuit with a white printed scarf, the first lady toured Bak Middle School of the Arts for nearly an hour with the Chinese president’s wife before the two first ladies departing for a private lunch.

"Who do you think was under-par at recent 'game' in Palm Beach Gardens?"

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-04-10/stocks-slide-below-airstrikes-s...

South Korean Paper Reports China Has Deployed 150,000 Troops To North Korea Border

Apr 10, 2017 5:52 PM

While the catalyst is unclear, it appears the market dropped as headlines of further sanctions against Russia appeared and reports of China deploying 150,000 troops to its North Korea border.

According to Korean news agency Chosun, the "Chinese army has deployed about 150,000 troops to the North Korean border in two groups to prepare for unforeseen circumstances." The reason: the prospect of "military options", such as preemptive attacks on North Korea, like the one the United States launched on Syria.

As the United States announced its independent North Korean behavior and moved the United States Navy's nuclear-powered Calvinus (CVN-70) carrier class to Singapore, the Chinese army has deployed about 150,000 troops in two groups to prepare for unforeseen circumstances.

"The report said. It is because of the prospect of taking "military options", such as preemptive attacks on North Korea, just as the United States has launched an air raid on Syria.

Japan's Sankei Shimbun reported on the 9th that the Syrian missile strike in the United States shocked China, suggesting that the People's Liberation Army forces are moving toward the Yalu River, .

The newspaper said the video was also broadcast on the Internet, but the authorities removed the relevant information, saying the move was a medical and aft support unit for the Shenyang bulb (the northern light bulb)

Another possible catalyst is a report by Russia's interfax that Moscow is preparing for more sanctions, and has warned local air companies about a possible suspension of charter flights with Tu-(polev).

Anybody else can 'see' another Vlad's 'You will have war everywhere!' surprise??

Is water in nature drinkable in China? Anybody knows?

https://www.yahoo.com/news/japanese-u-navies-plan-joint-show-force-towar...

.... Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang, who said Trump had initiated the call, urged everyone to lower the tension.

"We hope that the relevant parties do not adopt irresponsible actions. Under the current circumstances, this is very dangerous," Lu told reporters at a regular press briefing.

BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese President Xi Jinping called for a peaceful resolution of rising tension on the Korean peninsula in a telephone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday, as a U.S. aircraft carrier strike group steams towards the region.

Trump's call with Xi, just days after they met in the United States, came as an influential state-run Chinese newspaper warned that the Korean peninsula was the closest it has been to a "military clash" since North Korea's first nuclear test in 2006.

Tension has escalated sharply amid concern that reclusive North Korea could soon conduct a sixth nuclear test, or more missile launches, and Trump's threat of unilateral action to solve the problem.

Trump had ordered the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier group to head to the Korean peninsula in an attempt to deter North Korea's nuclear and long-range missile ambitions, which it is developing in defiance of U.N. resolutions and sanctions.

Trump pressed Xi to do more to curb North Korea's nuclear program when they held their first face-to-face meeting in Florida last week.

He said on Twitter on Tuesday that North Korea was "looking for trouble" and the United States would "solve the problem" with or without China's help.

In their telephone call, Xi stressed that China "is committed to the target of denuclearization on the peninsula, safeguarding peace and stability on the peninsula, and advocates resolving problems through peaceful means", Chinese state broadcaster CCTV said.

China's Global Times newspaper said in an editorial North Korea should halt any plan for nuclear and missile activities "for its own security". While widely read in China and run by the ruling Communist Party's official People's Daily, the Global Times does not represent government policy.

The newspaper noted Trump's recent decision to launch 59 Tomahawk missiles at a Syrian airfield in response to a deadly gas attack last week.

"Not only is Washington brimming with confidence and arrogance following the missile attacks on Syria, but Trump is also willing to be regarded as a man who honors his promises," it said.

"The U.S. is making up its mind to stop the North from conducting further nuclear tests. It doesn't plan to co-exist with a nuclear-armed Pyongyang," it said.

"Pyongyang should avoid making mistakes at this time."

The Global Times said if North Korea made another "provocative move", China would be willing to back unprecedented sanctions, "such as restricting oil imports".

‘Riskier than striking Syria’: Beijing warns US against attacking North Korea

Responding to US belligerence, Beijing called against using force against Pyongyang.

China has warned the US against using military force against North Korea, after a surprise redeployment of an aircraft carrier group. Washington’s regional allies said they expect it to consult with them before any action.

Tension is mounting in the region as US President Donald Trump said he would solve the “North Korean problem” with or without China’s help. The warning came amid the diversion of the aircraft carrier group ‘USS Carl Vinson’ to the Korean Peninsula and a week after Trump ordered the US Navy to fire a barrage of 59 Tomahawk missiles at a Syrian airbase as punishment for an alleged chemical attack in Idlib province.

“Military force cannot resolve the issue,” Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told reporters in Beijing. “Amid challenge there is opportunity. Amid tensions we will also find a kind of opportunity to return to talks.”

An editorial in the influential newspaper Global Times, which is published by the Chinese Communist Party’ People’s Daily, said the situation on the Korean Peninsula could not be compared to that of Syria.

“Taking military actions against North Korea is much more risky than launching a missile strike on Syria. Pyongyang is able to deal a heavy blow to South Korea. Regardless of Pyongyang's nuclear capability, a radiological dispersal device, or a ‘dirty bomb,’ if thrown on the South, will cause nuclear pollution, which will be unbearable to this US ally,” the newspaper warned.

The paper said Washington needs to accept the reality that it “has no power to put global affairs in order at the moment” and work with other leading world powers on the Korean situation through the UN Security Council, a body that the US has shun by the unilateral attack against Syria.

US allies in the region, South Korea and Japan, have both asked Washington to consult with them before taking military action against Pyongyang. Both countries station thousands of US troops on their territories.

The escalation comes as North Korea prepares to celebrate the birthday of its late leader Kim Il-sung on Saturday, which is a state holiday called ‘Day of the Sun’. Pyongyang has a record of timing demonstrations of military strength to the date, as many observers say it might to so this year to test Trump’s resolve.

A Washington-based think tank, 38 North, claimed on Wednesday that satellite images of the North's Punggye-ri nuclear test site indicated an imminent new test. South Korean officials disagreed, saying no new activities were evident, but added that a sixth test may be conducted at any time.

It seems that the Chinese government is divided over what should be done on this issues. There are some that wave the Nationalist line and the west is evil and the others just want to be done with it and move on. Time will tell

Chinese behave like any military would at large troops movements and other hush-hush things.

Last week, there was report (in western news) about 150k trumps heading to Dalian beach.

Xinhua posted about it, too! 12h later, Chinese said that move was only because Shenyang military wing or part was restructuring ... i.e. 'didn't have enough soldiers'. I learned Chinese military has 9 wings ...

Other thing was, report out of US, that move was to prevent 'Fat Belly Jr.' to play with Uranium, what Chinese might offically said, buTT .... I don't know, what is one's feeling, before conflict starts?
