Do your local Chinese people understand sexual innuendo?? In English? (Or your attempts with your horrendous Chinese?)
I've just scored an interpreting gig for some US TV series, and while the local translators (whose English is pretty good),get most things, phrases like "rim shot" need a bit of ... work! That's where I cum in 
I need a new business card - "Shining_Brow - Porn, smut and general innuendo translations a specialty. All rates.. negotiable *nudge nudge, wink wink*".
