im sure the majority of the country knows how many people die from this kind of accident every year, so why dont people start using seat belts,

when ever i put a seatbelt on my chinese friends tell me "no need" "nobody does this in china"

im afraid to sit in the back seat in the taxi i always sit at the front so i can use the seat belts since the are only available on the front seats

i dont mean to be rude but people pay more attention to luck than health and safety 

if there was a problem in your country and such a high number of people  was dying would you be more cautious??
