Q: one month probation period less pay
i have gotten an teaching job offer for 7000 yuan but has 5000 yuan one month probation pay is there any way around this or can i negiotate it

Another scam executed to bilk a teacher out of his/her rightful wages. Don't sign the contract. The 2000 you will not be paid during the probation period will go into the pocket of someone else who simply capitalizes on YOUR month-long efforts. I wouldn't accept that jizzm. Speak up and out loud. If the answer is "No", tell the prospective employer to go fly a kite. And find a "skool" with a little more class.

There are a lot of scams in China but this is not. This is a simple contract negotiation. If you don't like their offer, ask them to change it. I learned how to read and negotiate a contract in High School, I teach a lesson in contract negotiation to my university freshmen students. Are you telling me none of you understand how contract negotiations work?
You try to give as little as possible and get as much as possible with your first offer. Then you receive and give back counter offers until both you reach an agreement. If you can't reach an agreement, say thank you and goodbye.

This is one of the dumbest questions ever. The contract is a damn offer. If you do not like an item in the contract, don't sign it, ask them to change it. If they refuse to change it, ask yourself if it is a deal breaker and make your own damn decision. Be an adult.
And no it is not a scam if it is mentioned in the contract clear as day.
I learned how to read a contract in High School, didn't you at least go to college?
