Q: Online pre-arrival registration for nationals of India to visit Hong Kong - Unsuccessful

Since February 2017 , HK changed the visa rule for Indian passport holders. They need to fill a Online pre-arrival registration. I recently filled the online application and it was unsuccessful. They didn't show the reason.

anybody got the same trouble?

I'm not sure about this. But what I can say is when something is new in HK or China it tends to take some time to get the kinks out of a new system and get it up and running correctly. I'm sure it's nothing about you. Best to contact the embassy to tell them about the system error.

I guess, that (restricted entry grants) is 'reciprocal' .... somehow.

I traveled to India (EU passport) through online e-Visa website and got 30-days Tourist visa in 36 hours after I submitted the form.

Entrance to New Delhi through the airport was also fast and smooth.
