Q: Online Shoe Stores for the larger hoofed amongst us
Anyone got any experience of buying online shoes for the larger hoofed gentleman. Size 11-13 sneakers or brogues for example.
Any personal experiences would be great.
I'll get the wife to check...I bought some desert boots (on taobao) and wanted size 43. The shop keeper said she only had size 42 but they were a "big 42". OK, I bought them.
They arrived quickly but they had to cut the end off the box to fit the shoes. There was a good 10 cm sticking out the end of the box but the tag did indeed say 42.
Maybe they were 42cm?
You could probably order size 30 and stuff a pair of footy socks in the toes if necessary.

Actually, I was thinking of size 45 upwards. Rare as hen's teeth on Taobao etc. I am very wary of buying oversea's as I got stung the 50% of purchase price on import duties etc. due to the size of the box.
I wonder where the larger footed Chinese chaps purchase them from?
