Q: Ordering off-the-shelf pharmaceuticals from domestic sites (Alibaba, JD, etc),

I am thinking of ordering something normally found anywhere in a pharmacy/supermarket

in the West. I see the same itesm on the domestic shopping platforms (Alibaba, JD, Taobao, etc)

Quality-wise, how reliable/genuine and safe are such items? Anyone ever receive any fake items?

Sometimes fake items, it depends on how you recognize sellers.

The best way is you buy them via your friends or someone who deeply knows market here
