Q: Paypal and ICBC Problem
when paypal send money to my ICBC bank account every time they need my passport scan copy .Now i am in my country but paypal already sent 1000$ in my ICBC bank account.so any idea how i will withdraw my money from ICBC bank account from here.
If I understand your Q correct, ICBC always require your passport copy/scan, before they deposit funds from PP to your account.
If 'yes', then ICBC won't deposit funds from PP to your account, till you don't send them copy of your passport.
You could email passport scan with notice or use certified mail/courier and send it to ICBC in the city, where you opened an account.
That sounds fishy, why would you send money to your ICBC account when you are not there?
