Q: Pinyin while reading?

Is there any way to get pinyin or English popup while hovering over a word?  I know there are online tools that you can cut and paste into, but ithey're not as good as stuff like the KingSoft software for getting characters from English text.  Except I need to go the other way...

You want to get pinyin or english translation while hovering over a Chinese word? If you are using Chrome, you can use either of these two extensions:

Zhongwen: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/zhongwen-a-chinese-englis/kkmlkkjojmombglmlpbpapmhcaljjkde/related

NCIKU: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nciku-chinese-handwriting/ljipdhhoohahioiajhpcdohdcfebmjob

I prefer Zhongwen but you should try out both and see which one you like.

Or if you just want to to translate an entire chinese page to english to make it easier for you to navigate and do what you want, and don't really want to take the time to translate each individual word, then just use Google Chrome browser. It has a built in translator and will automatically translate any language to English (or your preferred language). But you'll have to have your VPN connected when you are browsing so it can connect to the google translate server.

Yes just search the extensions in Google Chrome. You'll find something there.
