Q: PLEASE HELP, I'm going to Japan by ferry from Shanghai, visa question.

Hi everyone, I'm going to Japan by ferry and I want to know if I can have the 90 days tourist visa once I get into Osaka port. I know that if I go by plain I can do it on the airport but I want to know how can I make if I go by ferry.

Any help will be really apreciated.

Thanks,

Daniel.

It is exactly the same as you enter Japan via an Airport. Show your passport they stamp youre on your way.

You shouldn't worry about it as it is common sense that the same you've got the visa on arrival at the airport the same way you should get it on arrival at a port. I suggest you to do 2 thinks: call your Embassy or Consular service and also see their official website where I am sure you will have the needed info. So you are going to Japan. Congratulations and may you find better life over there. You will love it.
