Not a teacher BHGAL, but word of mouth is the key. I browse most of the Chinese sites, and while all claim to have good intentions, all seem to take money from the scammers to advertise.

 

All of these sites are businesses. They want to make a buck. Probably not much. But we live in an unregulated society where the scammers can thrive.
