Does anyone in Shanghai know where I can buy pre-paid refillable or can be non credit cards. I would prefer if they were Discovery or MasterCard or Visa logo on them. I can speak little chinese so the fault is mine but thanks for your help.

I have not seen prepaid credit cards for sale in China, but that does not mean they may not exist. now, I am familiar with them issued by Bank of China in Hong Kong, either in HKG dollars or yuan, VISA logo on, and can be reloaded. The only limitation I recall is that you can not charge purchases over 8,000 yuan, and are accepted in China.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but as I understand it almost all 'credit cards' in China operate this way, although mostly Unionpay.
My wife runs the accounts in China, (I run the UK ones), and the way she does it, she / we have an account and card with almost all banks, (apparently it's easier as some banks do some things and others don't). 'We' have 'credit cards' (although to my understanding they are really debit cards) with one or two banks that in my wife's opinion, are the best online, (as that is where she uses them most). When she wants to buy something, she goes to the bank and transfers money from our main account into the credit card account and then buys whatever she was thinking of.
This takes longer and no doubt it would be easier to leave credit on the card, but to my wife's way of thinking, if there is no money on the card it cannot be used, (not even by us) and that prevents credit card fraud, (as even if they hack into / copy the card if it doesn't have any credit the bank won't authorise payment).
