Q: Problems faced by non-natives/blacks finding esl jobs in some Asian countries

I'm Ken  from Chicago. I'm native speaker and have been working in China for a couple of years too. I think everyone should be given the chance to teach or work, provided he or she is competent. We all studied and were all trained to be teachers. I believe we've got some schools in china who even desire non-natives to teach their students. Some schools say they need blacks because they are hard working. A good number of native speakers come to China simply because they had nothing to do back home. When they get to China, they become as proud as peacocks.

I want to be more specific. Some bosses, doesn't want non-natives to teach English in China. You are a native speaker but why not go back home? You've been here for 5 years. Are you afraid to pay taxes and other bills? We are all whites and need not be so racist. We are all foreigners in an unknown land. Do you think we are the best teachers? Some native speakers can't even spell words correctly and rely on their colleagues who are non-natives. A Canadian writes for machine, an Australian writes for chair. They're all teachers in China and wrote the dogshit on the blackboard for students to copy. Some natives love china because they've got no jobs back home, afraid to pay bills and do not even have homes. They're happy in China because everything is free.

Guys, we're all native speakers but that shouldn't make us proud. Man has equal rights. Non-natives even taught some of us before we came to China.

We could join that CFTU and demand some equality. However I don't advise you to do that - research a guy named Bobby Bolls. Do your research on Bobby Bolls before you go on forums talking about equal rights , or how we don't need qualifications to be teachers, ect.
Poor ole Bobby didn't know what he was getting himself into and his group sorta turned their back on him.

Speaking of Chicago, do you think Derrick Rose will be as rusty as he's looking in the world Fiba games after he starts the season with the Bulls?

Are you talking about yourself? Yeah, of course you are... That's how you can write this article with so many details? Because they are about you and not us.
