Does a bear shit in the wood?  Of course it is.

The concept of smoking is considered a "good" thing by many and you are supposed to share a smoke with someone as a sign of respect.

Plus it is not common to worry about bothering others, so noone cares about passing on second hand smoke.

There are some laws to "stop" smoking in public places but the enforcment is limited.

It's a favorite pastime for many Chinese people. Mostly men but also hipster girls.

Public smoking? Common in China? No, not at all. I don't think they even sell cigarettes here.

Public smoking, private smoking, on a train, in your face, everywhere and any place. I'm sure they would, if they could, even smoke in outer space.

DaBen:

They would smoke them in a boat. And they would smoke them with a goat. And they would smoke them in the rain. And in the dark. And on a train. And in a car. And in a tree. Cause they like them like them you see. So they would smoke them in a box. And they would smoke them with a fox. And they would smoke them in a house. And they would smoke them with a mouse. And they would smoke them here and there. And they would smoke them anywhere.

life is just like a cup of coffee, some people like some sugar in it while somebody like nothing in it. My life is a cup of coffee with the sweetest honey in it
