Q: QQ mouse problems when out of China

Hello,

My wife and I are currently living outside China and on both our computers we have problems with QQ.

When having the main window or a chat window up, the mouse gets very hard to control and "runs wild".

If we minimize the chat- or main windows, the problem disappears.

This ONLY happens when we are abroad. Tested in Denmark and the UAE.

My wife is not very good with computer and I am not good with Chinese, so it has been impossible to find anything about this problem online, but since it happens on 3 different computers, with 2 different accounts and 3 different QQ versions, I think it must be a problem with QQ.

Any ideas?

I have a similar problem when I first start QQ.  The main window pops us and the mouse becomes unusable.  But after I put my password in and hit "enter", the mouse returns to normal.  This only happens on my English language laptop running WinXP.  Doesn't happen on the Chinese work computer running Windows 7.  So I would say that you're not the only one with this problem.

This happens on 3 computers in my home.

My wifes Chinese Windows XP computer

My English Windows 7 computer and my English Windows 7 work computer.

Keeps doing it even after password is put.

A.)  You are using QQ.

B.)  You deserve any problems because you are using QQ.
