Q: Quality foie gras in Beijing?
I was wandering if anyone know any good place where I can buy foie gras in Beijing. I would prefer it fresh, or as fresh as it can be. Thanks a lot!
I dont know where in Beijing to find it, but I will say that you should look out for fakes. I was in a restaurant the other day and I saw it on the menu for somewhere around 20RMB. I dont know much about the price of it, but Im damn sure that a dish of it at a restaurant should be more than that if its real.
ohh... and just because it is expensive also doesnt mean its real here

this stuff is very expensive back in london, still dont understand why.
but i dont see why it would be in china since you can buy meat very cheaply
