Q: Question for Happy expat on uploading certain avatars?

I have an avatar that is supposed to have flashing green eyes. When I check my profile nothing happens. I saw that you were able to get your avatar to light up and move. How did you get your avatar to work that way?

I think you may need to direct this question to the forum moderator.
I uploaded one and it doesn't work.
There are 2 possible and only scenarios.
one= it waits for the approval
two= Happy Expat joined this forum (or uploaded the avatar) when the *.gif avatars were still supported.
and for one or another reason they stopped supporting this format...
It happens in various places the most commonly known place for changing this type of policy is the YouTube ..

here you have the link to look for your "Happy" avatars Smile
