Hi,

Have you use our service? Please give me evidence to show it is illegal! And explain why so many clients use our service to get visa repeatly if it is illegal.

Sinobear:

Are you able to hire people legally? Do you issue invitation letters that are legal and for the company that the person is supposed to be dealing with? Are the visas for the exact company and locale that the person is supposed to be registered for?

At any rate, you're offering a service that should be a paid advertisement on this site. Why aren't you paying to advertise?

It's not because a lot of people use a service that this service is legal. For instance, a hashish dealer provides a service to a lot of people ^^ Sending a passport by mail, lol to that.

It is illegal to send passport copies to anyone but governmental institutions in China.

It is illegal to charge money for visa processing other than the fee required by the services of immigration.

It is illegal to process visa for another company or people who will not work for your company.

I hope that you have good relations, I reported your website to the SAFEA.

Shining_brow:

Actually... it's not 'illegal' to send a copy of your passport to anyone.

As for charging for a service - dubious! It depends on what the payment is actually for - the visa, or the admin fees associated with it...

However, glad you reported the website to SAFEA... though, I seriously doubt much will come of it :(

Shining_brow:

All foreigners are LEGALLY REQUIRED to carry their passport with them at all times. (unless given a slip by Entry/Exit people to show that the visa is being changed to a Resident's Permit or for an extension).

Thus, you're at least asking US to do something illegal!

Also, given that only a photo and passport are required, you're obviously going to be making up various details on the application form.. that would be fraud. Fraud is illegal, Therefore....

I know about 15 guys who mailed their passport to U.S or Malaysia for a visa. If it's illegal why doesn't anyone stop it?

ironman510 -> Because this is China where nobody cares about anything or anyone but themselves. Also nobody cares if you sleep with underage high schoolers, but that doesn't make it anymore legal anyway.

Awww, come on guys!!!

I wouldn't call obtaining a legal document through and agent with fraudulent information illegal. No, wait....I would.

This post made me wonder when the time will come when the "guanxi" of these spaming scam artistes will dry up.....more to the point, when will the suckers that use them be stopped at the border and sent packing for having fraudulently obtained documents? What's the penalty for that in China? I'm pretty certain that it isn't a slap on the wrist.

(why am I the only one down-voting this 'question'??)

ironman510:

No one needs an agent, actually it can be done by anyone.. Agents are getting more stupid as time goes by.
