Q: Renting out an apartment in Shanghai - Can anyone recommend a good online platform?

Looking to rent out an apartment in Shanghai (local house agencies remind me of the movie Jaws) - Can anyone recommend a good platform/online place to make a listing?

Have made a quick online search but dozens of sites came up and who knows if anyown actually looks at those.

Thanks for your input!

haha, a fine description, Jaws.  I use Centaline, a HK based property agent with branches all over prc. Interview the tenants obviously. The best tenants, in my experience, come from MNCs (multinational corp) which pay you directly, the tenant being their senior expat staff, technical or management.  Punctual rental payment. Not a single scratch to my brandnew deco and that includes the wooden floor even after years of renting. Avoid the locals if at all possible. http://listings.findthecompany.com/l/55807985/Shanghai-Centaline-Property-Agency-Co-Ltd
