Q: resigning from my job and coming back.

ive been in a job for 4 weeks and i am not very happy about it is there any get out of contract even though it says 90 days release notice while getting the reference and release letter.

also recently i got my visa permit for one year if i was to go back to australia for an vacation even if my current school gave me a release letter and release letter would have to apply for an new visa or come back to china again on the resident permit.
