Q: Rolling tabacco - where can I get my hands on some?

Fairly new to China and want to roll my own. So far no such luck. Do people just not roll their own here?

Any places in Shanghai would be appreciated.

Try one of the open markets (the bigger the better) and ask in one of the stalls where can you buy cut tobacco to make cigarettes by hand, In my city that is what a friend did who rolls his own cigarettes, and a place to buy it and also the rolling paper was found. it comes on a yin (1/2 kilo, or 1.1 pounds) and a kilo package. Cost around 30 yuan.
