Q: safea how to find them
i live in an smaller city i have try looking for the address of my local cities safea how to find their address.

Maybe not Chinese, but certainly not a native English speaker. Perhaps a Latino?
Use search bar above! Write in 'SAFEA', and you'll get answers to similar questions posted and answered upteen times already!
SAFEA does not publish their office addresses but in the event of a real emergency, you can find them at two locations in Haidian District of Beijing as follows:
Friendship Hotel - Buildings 5 & 6 - First floor
(Closest Subway is Line 4 - Renmin University Station Exit A2)
Walk 2000 meters west of Intersection of 3rd Ring Road & Zhongguancun until you find north gate of Friendship Hotel. Go inside and turn left on the first street you see - 50 meters later is Bldg. 5 Bldg. 6 is a little further. This is the HQ office - and they will not deal with FEC or complaint issues here. For those matters go to this location...
Suzhoujie FEC Offices
(Subway line 10 - Suzhoujie Station - Exit C)
Walk 1,000 meters South and 500 meters before yu get to the West Gate of Renmin University you will find SAFEA's FEC Administration building. Be prepared to wait one hour for service if you do not bring someone who speaks Chinese. There are only 2 English speakers in this office and if you are not demanding and speak to them politely, they will help you. If you go in their angry and making demands and threats, they will not be very helpful and you may find that your next visa renewal application does not get approved.
Also remember to take your passport with you (not a copy) or you will not be allowed into the building. If you are not in Beijing you can send them an email and ask for the office location in your city at admin@safea.gov.cn but allow 3-5 days for a reply if you write your email in English. If you have an urgent matter, get a friend to translate your email into Chinese for you. Good luck.

SAFEA's office is in every city in China. Do you suggest, he should visit SAFEA in Beijing?
If so, SAFEA will direct FT to SAFEA in the same city, where FT's School is located!

Question is very strange.. you can simply ask the guy who handle this responsibility for foreigners in your company/institution
Check this website, if you can't find it on the English version, ask a friend to use the Chinese version of the website.
Doesn't anyone find it odd that the CFTU doesn't have a listing. You would think an organization with that name would at the very least compile a list.

Oh god i feel for the trap. Who the hell will ask, "How can I find the SAFEA in my small city?" (How can we we answer your question when you don't state the name of the city? But magically the CFTU gives just the addresses of the Beijing branches.
