Q: Says it all.....
So, I go onto the Chinese government's Anit-corruption website (the English version). I decide to contact them, cos I want to offer suggestions (such as, make it easy for non-Chinese speakers to report stuff). So, I send off an email... and it bounces...
My thoughts? That'd be right!
(FTR, I'm having stacks of fun trying to find any anti-corruption websites for China, let alone any in English... so much for the great purge that's supposed to be going on)

I would like to say that is surprising and perhaps a mistake on some programmers part. But, I can't even think that and keep a straight face.
Well as Xi Jinping said, the future of the party itself may well depend on sorting out corruption.
The thing is, I don't think he realises he REALLY was speaking the most fundamentally important truth in China. (Important that is if you think the future of the party is important).
The ultimate irony of the situation is, the government purposely created a society who are especially resistant to reform or change, who will stick to the status quo and who will not complain of shortcomings. Now they find themselves in a position where they need to change, buck the status quo and overcome shortcomings. Oh! What a conundrum!

Excellent observation! It's like they see the "status quo" is no longer working, but they have taught everyone not to accept change!
