Hi guys,
Has anyone here been through the process of selling his/her apartment in China after some years? There's a lot of info online about the buying process but I can't find anything in English about selling. Anybody here knows about the process or the documents/certificates you need to provide?
Thanks in advance!
Smart move to sell at this juncture, PRC central gov't namely CCP has initiated property prices cooling measures 'against the wolves', meaning themselves and other speculators; its biggest fear being overthrown by the poor which is where they come from. They know what they were and still are, in addition to what the poor are, of course, thus the placating show.
Unfortunately, PRC's property market is worse than the diamond market, i.e. ever try to sell a diamond? This is why you have problems finding info on the selling side. Proof of ownership is, let's just put it that way, very complicated.......it is the bigger fool trap. The locals who own property know, deep inside, how worthless the piece of shit they're living in is, as they brag to you whenever given the chance how fast and high property prices have gone up, gratifying their twisted ego and purposefully luring you to become the next, bigger fool.
Use property agents by all means, give those money hounds red packets so they prioritise your property sale. Grab the money and get the hell out of this thieves den if you have to curtail your windfall. If I am correct, you wouldn't regret your decision in the next five years especially if you invest the windfall at home, home clean home.
Good luck.
Step 1) High, how are you, I am so and so.
Step 2) tune in next month to get the next step
