Most small convenience stores have them, but only the mini tampons. If you want to buy foreign brand ones like Tampax, these are normally only available in import shops and are very expensive. 

 

Most people tend to stock up when at home. 

 

Here is a link to tampax on Taobao. If you don't know how to do internet banking, you can try getting a friend to pay for it for you and give them cash.
