Q: Serious? they start getting together to isolate me
The two sales girls against my management for not follow the rules I made, the boss defended them and kept them instead of firing them.
Especially the second girl whoＩtrained for more than 5 monthes against my rule and got together with the first girt to isolate me to make me look bad and made me look embarrassed. Now they do not speak to me nor greet me.
Instead of showing her gratitude for my trainning, she is trying to make me look bad. Both of them are rats, I am technically their teacher.
The fault is my boss, he kept those who I criticized for not doing the good work and they started get together to isolate me.
After more than 2 monthes will be the Chinese New year holiday, I really consider of resignation.
Always someone else's fault isn't it.

i enjoy reading your posts so much, especially how you keep doing the same thing over and over. (at what point will you try being an empathetic person?)
I never thought it was possible for someone to keep exhibiting the same behaviour over such a long time, in both their professional and personal lives, and not fail to change in any way.
