Q: Sexual attitudes in China
I don't know about the males, my guess they are casual or the sex industry would not be supported. The girls, I can't figure out. Most girls seem shy, conservative, almost kitten like to me. I can understand why normal women work the sex industry, money.They are not drug addicts. I have met an older woman who is still a virgin. I have met shy women who do it for money rarely and think nothing of it. But they do not seem to be easy girls. I'm just confused by the difference between being a reserved traditional girl and being so casual, given what I perceive of the Chinese mind.

Some girls dress very provoctively and even slutty BUT are actually quite conservative when it comes to sex. Others seem to dress very conservative but are less conservative.
What I still have trouble with is the girl you are talking to for a few days who always looks at you seriously, never makes eye contact never gets anywhere near your personal space and suddenly blurts out "I love you" right in the middle of your story that had nothing to do with flirting or anything.
One has to be careful as it is a delicate balance between not letting opportunity slip by
and insulting and losing a friend.
Most women here simply view sex as a means to an end and do not view it the same as they do back home where its considered an expression of love...or lust.
Having sex will get them a boyfriend or husband or money....I think they view it as a tool...until they meet someone who makes them enjoy it for the first time.
