The assistant girl acted arrogant and went to the boss to get approved for getting out of my management.  So now I am not her supervior. She's now happy for me to not tell her what to do. I found she's being very direspectful and stupid, and I am happy that I have no duty to train her anymore.

But as you know now she can not really learn well after I end up teaching her.

How stupid she is?

I am the only one who has the knowledge to train her good working skills.

She throught she could learn from the boss, but ridiculously is the boss has no idea of how to organize the files nor knowing how to intereact with foreign customers. I will have to train the boss of how to use the management datebase set up by me latter.

And I am the only one here has the skills of operating alibaba well. I just trainned that assiatnt girl for a bit while i was supervising her but now I am watching her burn and no longer continue trainning her ecomerce skills. lol

I just wondering how stupid she is for againsting someone who could teach her?

And she's only making 4500rmb here, I do not think any other company would ofter her good salary for the lacking of good working skills.
