I'm going with Nanshan....the have some green places there...

As far as pollution is concerned both are about the same and relatively clean.

As far as green spaces...Futian would have more. Futian is definitely the least populated most expensive and best place to live in Shenzhen in my opinion.

Unfortunately for me I live in Longhua.
