Q: Should eggs be weighted or counted, if you look through the eyes of the business venture?

Can Chinese egg farmer profits more than Western one, by scaling the eggs?

Weighing suits the Chinese way of doing business rather than selling by the number. Electronic scales can easily be manipulated so as to cheat people but twelve eggs is twelve eggs and easy to check.

Besides, counting eggs would just amount to more work on the abacus or calculator for the Chinese!

Whilst your comments could be construed, by some, as being a little on the harsh side, I would venture to suggest that that 'some' would be good folk who know SFA about Chine.
