Q: Should foreign countries and companies pay tribute to China?

In Ancient China, many countries were called vassal states. They all paid tribute to China for the great things China did, such as protection.

Now that China has once again risen to become the only supreme superpower in the world, should other countries pay tribute to China, like in the past?

Of cause not. Modern time all countries are independent and equal. Maybe someone still view China as a uncivilized world. But We won't invade other countries or accept such things.

Middle Kingdom? It only exists in fiction. There is no such country in the world. Our country is still a developing country. Of course it is far away from perfection and need hard work to improve. No better ways.

Great tribute should be paid to China for kindly providing employment for thousands of highly skilled and qualified teachers from around the world who, through no fault of their own, are finding it tough to get teaching jobs in their own country. wink

In the interest of fairness to all, I suggest we hold off the tributes and blessings just for a couple more years, at which time all those that have so deservedly brought China To its knees to its deserved place in history will have accomplished just a few more great things.

I think many pay tribute but you must always have protection in China.
