Q: Should I change my job?
My company paies me nice fixed salary on doing sales. But the company doesn't invest much money on opening business channels like putting shops on alibaba or attend the exhibition. The company just spent some little money on buying the custom dates and put a shop on a very useless business website which is not even famous.
The company only has two sales,one guy and me. That guy just took old clients from his previously company to make sales for this company. My three bosses have their own business to roll the money to support the company.
I feel so unhappy with doing a job even can not make the sales.
And the weird thing is my company still keep me even I did not make much sales. But I have heard a lot of people already quit before I took this job. I have been working for this company for almost one year.
What I should do? Any advice?
I have got a company in German asked my CV and he told me to wait for the candidate selection results.

You are using the website as a sounding board. You like the sound of your own voice, and don't care whether your attention seeking is positive or negative. I won't waste energy on giving advice.
Why did you even go to work at such a useless company? Why are you not developing your own business which you have told everyone here about? Why don't you ask your wise friends. If you did not have the common sense to not take your current job in what sounds like a fairly shitty company you won't have the common sense to listen to anyone here. Vicky you are a waste of space here.
Hurray!!! its your lucky day today...I am looking for a smart and reliable person like you for hire...you will have to work only 3hrs a day only on weekends..pay is beyond your imagination...other benefit is your insurance of 10 million RMB.. your duty will be to help at a shooting range... the guys are very much skilled, they are in need of harder challenges. So what you will have to do is turn your asshole towards them and they will practice shooting and hitting inside your hole..any hit not on target will get you extra money...to save the shooters from any mishap (eg the bullet bouncing off your ass and hitting others) will be taken care of.. you are not required to submit the used bullet heads..you can keep them inside your asshole for as long as you wish...
just one thing more..sometimes with mutual understanding shooting practice can be done not using bullets but some white liquid..i am sure you know what I mean...lets sign the contract...
